Cancellation policy

Should you need to cancel your reservation and do so seven days or more prior to your arrival date, there will be a $20 cancellation fee. With less than seven days' notice, you will be charged for the number of nights of the stay. We will happily offer a refund for any night we are able to rebook. If you must shorten your stay, please give 48 hours' notice to avoid a penalty. A two night minimum stay may apply.
